Summer 2018

We went camping for one night in Lehi to start out the summer - definitely Syrett style, as we made it as easy as possible!  We even had Cafe Rio from down the street for dinner.  Dad and kids had fun shooting Caleb's BB gun after we put up the tent.

Family shot on a hike on a trail in the Oquirrh mountains -first time we'd ever been.

Hair style experiments...

Summer bowling with friends...

Visiting new baby cousin June for the first time!

Happy Father's Day!

The girls and Dylan showing off their art project - such cute owls!

And more hair experimenting - this time sleeping with hair twists to get curls!

This Dino by our house is the best!  Always dressed the part - this time for the 4th of July.

We spent an afternoon at Tracy Aviary with the birds.

What cute potato mice - the girls and grandma and I took them to Amberly and her kids for dinner.  Smiles all around!

4th of July neighborhood breakfast and dad's scooter all dressed up!

Erin sure knows how to make us happy with her expert nail doing!

Happy Birthday to me at Waffle Love - definitely a favorite place!

We made sweet and savory crepes for Grandma Jeanne's birthday.  The best was the menu the girls did on the chalkboard!

We got to enjoy this beautiful new pool at the rec center that opened in Daybreak this year.

Fun field trip to the Leonardo da Vinci museum downtown.

Johnson Family Reunion happened this year.  We worked really hard beforehand on a dance and song from The Greatest Showman and were the hit of the show!

Summer ride on the ski lift up at Solitude.  Beautiful!

And summer kayak rides on the Daybreak Lake.

Avery's awesome puzzle accomplishment!

We went to up to the huge Benjamin F. Johnson reunion at This is the Place Heritage Park with Grandma Jeanne and Papa Rick.  The girls had fun dressing up and doing some of the activities.

We found the perfect gift for Dylan's birthday and went to visit her.  Crazy girls playing Watcha Mouth...

Wonder who's birthday these guys are celebrating?  Harry Potter day at the library!
